Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

HK Solution ("we", "us") is committed to client satisfaction. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds and cancellations are processed for security analysis services provided through SecureFirst.

2. Free Assessment

Our initial security scan (Free Scan) is provided at no charge with no obligation to purchase further services. No payment is collected for free scans, so no refund applies.

3. Paid Services — Cancellation Before Work Begins

If you cancel a paid engagement before any work has started (i.e., before the security analysis begins), you will receive a full refund of the amount paid. To cancel, contact us at hksolution2025@gmail.com with your order details. Cancellations are processed within 3 business days.

4. Paid Services — Cancellation After Work Begins

Once the security analysis has begun: • If less than 50% of the agreed scope has been completed: You will receive a 50% refund. • If 50% or more of the scope has been completed: No refund is provided, but we will deliver all completed findings. The percentage of completion is determined based on the scope defined in the engagement agreement.

5. Delivery Guarantee

If we fail to deliver the agreed security analysis report within the specified timeframe (as stated in the engagement agreement or proposal), you are entitled to a full refund. Standard delivery timelines: • Free Scan: 24 hours • Startup Plan: 48 hours • Security Audit: 5 business days Custom timelines may be agreed upon in writing.

6. Refund Method

Refunds are processed through the original payment method: • PayPal payments: Refunded to your PayPal account within 5 business days • Credit card (KCP): Refunded to the original card within 5-10 business days depending on the card issuer • Bank transfer: Refunded to the account specified by the client within 3 business days

7. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund: • Completed and delivered security analysis reports • Services where the client provided incorrect or misleading information about the target system • Engagements terminated by the client after full delivery
